We work closely with protocol teams, L2s, and ZK projects to help design, review, and secure cutting-edge decentralized systems.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are expanding our Team and are looking for engineers with hands-on experience auditing cryptographic and zero-knowledge systems.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>The Role</strong>:</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a <strong>Zero Knowledge/Cryptography Auditor,</strong> you will evaluate the correctness, soundness, and security of cryptographic protocols and ZK systems. Your work will span <strong>Ethereum and Aztec ecosystems</strong>, including primitives, zkDSLs, and zkVM guest code.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll collaborate closely with other security engineers and researchers, contribute to internal tooling, and engage directly with clients to improve the security posture of their protocols.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Perform security reviews and audits of cryptographic and zero-knowledge systems, including primitives, protocols, zkDSL circuits, and zkVM guest programs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyze correctness, soundness, completeness, and potential privacy leakage in ZK programs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review production code used in Ethereum and Aztec ecosystems and help teams identify and remediate vulnerabilities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with teammates to maintain and improve Nethermind’s internal blockchain security tooling</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and implement new security tools for cryptography and ZK systems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stay up to date with emerging ZK constructions, proof systems, and attack vectors</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Participate in client meetings to explain findings, recommend best practices, and support remediation efforts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, research notes, and (optionally) public-facing content</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>1+ year of experience</strong> performing security reviews related to cryptography, zero-knowledge systems, or closely related domains</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Mathematics, or a related field</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong fo
