You will be pivotal in shaping day-to-day operations to support growth and cultivate a thriving, fun culture across our expanding portfolio of offices. You will also be responsible for site budgets, vendor relationships, customer service, facilities operations and maintenance, leading an operations team, and more!</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead an outstanding employee services organization in the EMEA & APAC regions, overseeing innovative food programs, efficient mailroom operations, maintenance, and office relocations.</li> <li>Develop positive relationships, work with internal teams, and promote outstanding customer service to maintain a welcoming workplace environment in all locations.</li> <li>Be responsible for the EMEA & APAC real estate portfolio, including but not limited to space planning, occupancy and vacancy reporting, and seating assignments.</li> <li>Handle budgets for workplace operations, including both operational (Opex) and capital (Capex) expenditures.</li> <li>Skillfully negotiate favorable terms and conditions with landlords, property management companies, service providers, and contractors.</li> <li>Use data analytics and key business metrics to advise strategic decisions for daily operations and expansion.</li> <li>Establish and maintain standardized processes, clear policies, and efficient procedures for all facility operations and maintenance activities.</li> <li>Drive continuous progress towards increased automation and the adoption of innovative workplace solutions.</li> <li>Effectively translate overarching strategic plans into clear operational actions for the Workplace team and our valued external partners.</li> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated professionals supporting critical organizational functions, impa
