You'll report to the Head of People Experience and manage the Office Manager and Receptionist. On day one you're running NYC HQ. Over the next year you'll build the team and systems to keep it running at 200 and 500 people, and lead a major office build-out.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a strategic role, not an administrative one. You'll run the office like a product, constantly shipping improvements that make the space match the intensity of the work we do. You'll manage the team, the budget, and the vendors, and own how Polymarket's offices look and feel. Done well, the workplace becomes a reason people want to come in.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2><h3><strong>Run the office</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep NYC HQ running at a high bar every day: space, supplies, furniture, and vibes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Set the standard. If something's broken or missing, your team fixes it before anyone notices.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Select and manage vendors (cleaning, catering, facilities maintenance)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the workplace budget.
