<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and grow a Chinese-speaking Web3 community, driving community engagement, participation, retention, and long-term ecosystem growth through active community operations, user interaction, and community atmosphere building.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and execute community growth strategies, improving activity levels, participation quality, and user retention through structured campaigns, engagement loops, and iterative optimization.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage daily operations of social media and community channels, including content publishing, interaction responses, trending topic participation, and overall communication rhythm control.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor Web3, Crypto, blockchain, and social media trends, and continuously adjust operational and content strategies to maintain relevance and competitiveness in a fast-moving industry.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Plan and execute online and offline community events, including AMAs, roundtables, livestreams, community challenges, and interactive campaigns—ensuring events are engaging, participatory, and highly shareable, not just procedural.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create, edit, and manage community content and editorial calendars, ensuring content is high-quality, relevant, and engaging, with strong “internet-native” appeal that encourages discussion and sharing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support content localization and adaptation, ensuring English/global project content is effectively translated and adapted for Chinese-speaking audiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify, onboard, and manage local KOLs, community leaders, partners, and ecosystem collaborators, driving co-marketing campaigns and joint initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, projects, and ecosystem stakeholders, supporting collaboration initiatives and execution of joint campaigns.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collect, analyze, and act on community feedback and sentiment, identifying issues early and improving user satisfaction through proactive resolution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyze community data, campaign performance, and growth metrics, and continuously optimize content, engagement strategies, and growth loops based on insights.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a key operator for the Mantle CN community, proactively managing user questions, feedback, and community health to improve overall user experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Computer Science, Marketing, Med
