As part of our continued growth strategy, we are expanding our presence within the traditional financial services industry and are seeking a visionary VP, Enterprise Products & Solutions EMEA to lead strategic client engagement, enterprise growth, enterprise sales, and solution adoption across the region. We are seeking a highly commercial, client-oriented, and consultative enterprise leader with a proven track record of delivering significant sales growth, building strategic institutional relationships, and successfully managing complex consultative enterprise sales engagements across the financial services ecosystem. This is not a transactional product sales role. It is a strategic enterprise leadership position focused on helping financial institutions navigate complex transformation journeys involving digital assets, Bitcoin infrastructure, and next-generation financial technologies. You will operate at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategic advisory, solution architecture, and long-term client partnership management, engaging with senior stakeholders across investment banks, private banks, hedge funds, family offices, financial market infrastructure providers, and institutional investors. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) Strategic Client Leadership & Market Development Define and execute the EMEA enterprise growth and enterprise sales strategy together with the Chief Product Officer and global enterprise leadership team. Drive enterprise revenue growth and strategic account expansion across institutional financial services markets. Act as a trusted advisor to financial institutions exploring digital assets, Bitcoin infrastructure, and blockchain-enabled financial services. Build and expand long-term strategic relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, business owners, innovation teams, and technology leadership. Lead highly consultative enterprise sales engagements focused on understanding client operating models, business challenges, regulatory considerations, commercial objectives, and infrastructure needs. Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from strategic discovery through solution design, stakeholder alignment, commercial structuring, negotiation, and delivery oversight.
