<h2>Position overview</h2>
<p>We’re looking for a creative and curious Graduate Visual Designer to join our cross-functional team. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to bring the Xapo brand to life — crafting polished marketing assets, fluid motion pieces, and cutting-edge visuals.</p>
<p>This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who has a strong eye for design, a passion for emerging creative tools, and the ambition to grow fast in a remote-first, global environment.</p>
