This role requires an individual who has experience with supporting an in-house legal department and can take on and juggle a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment. This position will initially report to the Senior Legal Counsel.</p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with carrying out core corporate functions, including: equity and cap table management, financing and due diligence tasks, outside counsel administration, and legal notice administration.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support corporate governance work streams (e.g., entity registrations and licensing, issuing legal notices, board support, etc.).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain corporate books, minutes, and resolutions to ensure good standing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare signature envelopes, track execution, and archive final agreements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Optimise department workflows and manage legal technology implementations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Learn and prepare mandatory filings to various jurisdictions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">KYC &amp; Due Diligence - Conduct background checks and verify documents for partners and transactions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage tasks in Jira, signatures in DocuSign, and equity in Carta.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">General support of attorneys and legal department projects.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What We Look For</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a top law firm, or a similar working environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Must reside in Vietnam and be able to periodically travel to the company's global offices.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Nice to Have:</em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keen atten
