This role requires a good understanding of different types of fund flows, day-to-day payment operations, banking integrations and ability to introduce robust controls and reconciliation processes. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and process automation in an evolving and fast-paced market environment.</p> <h4><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Monitor and manage all non-linear financial operations, with a primary focus on treasury operations and controls, lifecycle event management, settlement processes and reconciliations.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product, trading, risk, treasury, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution, funding optimization, and proper risk controls.</li> <li>Develop and enhance automation tools for risk monitoring, P&L attribution, and reconciliation processes for treasury operations.</li> <li>Investigate and solve cash reconciliation breaks and settlement issues</li> <li>Ensure robust operational workflows and risk controls are in place to support scaling of product offerings and expansion to new markets.</li> <li>Stay up to date with market trends, risk methodologies, and regulatory developments in digital asset markets.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>WHAT YOU WILL NEED</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.</li> <li>4+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably within treasury, compliance and reconciliations </li> <li>Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management operations</li> <li>Experience working with multiple banking partners, payment gateways and processors</li> <li>Knowledge of DeFi products and protocols is a plus but not required.</li> <li>Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.</li> </ul> <p><strong>COMPENSATION & PERKS</strong></p> <ul> <
