This is a high impact role at the cutting edge of digital asset trading.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, manage, optimise strategies used to make markets on crypto exchanges</li> <li>Manage pricing and liquidity provision to OTC customers</li> <li>Responsibility for the PL of team and individual strategies</li> <li>Develop and improve the models and strategies using quantitative methods</li> <li>Collaborate with Quant Dev and Research during the full lifecycle of alpha and signals development and deployment</li> <li>Conduct research and data analysis on bespoke trading data</li> </ul> <p><strong>Valued Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree in a numerical degree, strong grades</li> <li>3 years+ experience with OTC and/or systematic trading</li> <li>Proficiency in Python and data analysis</li> <li>Practical experience with C++ / Java or any other OOP</li> <li>Knowledge of exchange microstructure and low latency trading</li> </ul> <p><strong>Valued Personal Attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment</li> <li>An entrepreneurial mind set and a natural intuition for risk</li> <li>Excellent teamwork and clear communication skills</li> <li>Someone that thrives when given the space and opportunity</li> <li>Willingness to learn and develop new skills</li> <li>Wide awareness of risk (market/liquidity/reputational/legal/c
