<h3>About the Role</h3> <p>As our new<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>Trading Operations Specialist</strong>, you will play a critical role in supporting the OTC Trading team by managing end-to-end partner onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio reconciliation. This role sits at the intersection of trading operations, client success, and compliance. You will act as the operational linchpin—ensuring smooth onboarding workflows for Exchanges, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and Liquidity Providers (LPs), while maintaining accurate reconciliations across both fiat and stablecoin positions.</p> <h3>What You Will Do</h3> <ul> <li>Drive the end-to-end onboarding workflows for new business opportunities, Exchanges, PSPs, and LPs, ensuring all processes adhere to operational standards.</li> <li>Support traders in monitoring the deal lifecycle and proactively follow up with prospective clients to retrieve necessary documentation.</li> <li>Act as the internal cross-functional liaison—coordinating with Compliance for updated ACRA documents and the Corporate Secretary for UBO profiles.</li> <li>Track progress and report weekly operational highlights, milestones, and bottlenecks to the OTC Trading team.</li> <li>Assist traders with compliance preparations and execute periodic account reviews.</li> <li>Partner with relevant divisions to resolve issues concerning Know Your Transaction (KYT) protocols and transaction monitoring.</li> <li>Follow up with existing clients to secure outstanding documentation for Requests for Information (RFIs).</li> <li>Promptly escalate any client pushback or onboarding blockers to the trading team for swift resolution.</li> <li>Perform financial reconciliation of revenue, P&L, and inventory balances across both fiat and stablecoin positions.</li> <li>Conduct regular performance analytics to evaluate and track exchange execution performance.</li> </ul> <h3>What We Are Looking For</h3> <ul> <li>1–3+ years of experience in operations, client onboarding, or middle-office roles within fintech or financial services.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail with a highly organized approach to managing multiple onboarding workflows and compliance documents simultaneously.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to act as an effective liaison between external clients and internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Compliance, Traders).</li> <li>A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always willing to support the trading desk.</li> <li>Prior experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange, OTC trading desk, or in the broader Web3 industry.</li> <li&gt
