Utilizing advanced trading and risk systems, we operate across global crypto exchanges, offering deep liquidity and tight spreads in a variety of products. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and driven junior trader to join our New York-based team. </p> <p>This is a <strong><em>full-time, in-person role covering trading operations from Saturday through Wednesday</em></strong>, and an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading sell-side crypto trading desks in the world. This role would likely transition to a M-F full-time trading position following a successful 18-month term covering Sa-W.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Trade and manage positions across various crypto spot and derivatives markets</li> <li>Coordinate closely with the global trading teams to maintain seamless 24/7 market coverage</li> <li>Ensure accurate trade capture and quality data flow in our risk systems</li> <li>Execute and maintain up-to-date position reconciliation with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness</li> <li>Compile and analyze metrics for trading</li> <li>Work closely with accounting and operations teams to ensure record accuracy and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree</li> <li>1 - 4 years of experience in trading or trading support experience at a bank, proprietary trading firm, or market-making firm. Crypto experience a plus</li> <li>Basic understanding of options theory and greek risks</li> <li>Coding skills (Python, SQL) are desirable but not mandatory</li> <li>Strong interest in crypto and macroeconomic markets</li> <li>Personal experience using various blockchain protocols
