You will manage end-to-end onboarding of exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutional clients onto the Talos platform, ensuring seamless connectivity and successful deployment of our trading infrastructure. This is not a production support role. It is an implementation-focused position requiring structured project execution, technical fluency, and proactive client leadership.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties, from kickoff through successful production deployment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Configure and validate client environments across Talos’ modular trading and portfolio systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal engi
