In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Talent to scale hiring across the entire company. You can be expected to own full-cycle hiring, running structured, data-driven processes, and closing top talent. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own full-cycle recruiting for all roles: kickoff/intake, outbound sourcing, screens, interview coordination, debriefs, offers, and closes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines through targeted outreach, referrals, events, and talent communities; run ongoing market mapping for priority roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards, structure interviews, calibrate bar/levels, and train interviewers to drive signal and reduce bias</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Elevate employer brand and candidate experience—write compelling JDs, craft personalized outreach/nurture campaigns, communicate quickly, and negotiate/close top talent</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of experience in technical recruiting</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proven track record of hiring for early-stage, high-growth startups—especially in fintech or technical environments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expertise in sourcing strategies, interview best practices, and compensation planning</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High EQ and communication skills—you can collaborate effectively across all levels of the comp
