You'll own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles while contributing to process building and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on the quality of our technical hiring.<br /></p><h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles (software engineers, data, infrastructure, product, etc.).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with the founding technical recruiter on sourcing strategy, process, and execution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source and engage passive technical talent through multiple channels.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage interview coordination and deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help build and document recruiting processes, playbooks, and workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track key metrics and provide insights to continuously improve our technical hiring.</p></li></ul><h2><br /><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2–6 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in startups or high-growth tech companies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong full-cycle recruiting skills with hands-on experience hiring engineers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent sourcing abilities and comfort engaging passive technical talent.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High attention to
