About the Role Talent is Alchemy's greatest competitive advantage. As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing exceptional technical talent across the company. You'll partner directly with engineering and product leaders to understand business needs, develop recruiting strategies, and build high-performing teams capable of solving some of the most complex challenges in infrastructure, distributed systems, AI, and blockchain technology. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions, including Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Product Engineering, Security, Data, Product Management, Design, and Technical Operations. Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to understand organizational priorities and develop hiring strategies aligned with company goals. Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and community engagement. Identify and engage exceptional passive candidates from top technology companies, startups, and research institutions. Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, interview design, and hiring best practices. Partner with interviewers and hiring managers to maintain a high hiring bar while ensuring efficient and inclusive hiring processes.
