The Foundation partners closely with builders, investors, and ecosystem participants to steward long-term value creation and responsible innovation across Web3.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Avalanche Foundation is looking for a technically deep program leader to own the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex blockchain programs. This is a hands-on technical leadership position, not a coordination role. You will need to understand blockchain technology at depth, engage credibly with engineering teams and external partners, and bring the rigour of a seasoned program manager to high-stakes delivery.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will work across internal teams and external ecosystem partners, third-party developers, auditors, integration partners, and be expected to get into the technical details, ask the right questions, keep programs on track, and keep leadership informed.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you will own</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">End-to-end program delivery across cross-functional and cross-organisational workstreams, from scoping and resourcing through to launch and retrospective</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and acceptance criteria, adapting delivery frameworks pragmatically to each program</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordination across engineering, research, security, legal, and finance, resolving blockers and keeping workstreams aligned</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drafting and scoping technical Statements of Work for external software development, protocol integrations, and security audit engagements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Security audit programs end-to-end: coordinating with internal engineering and external auditors, tracking findings through to remediation and sign-off</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Vendor and delivery partner management with accountability to agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clear, concise program reporting for senior leadership and the Foundation board</p></li><li>
