Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.</p></div><p>We're looking for a <strong>Technical Lead, Lending & Savings</strong> to lead the engineering direction for two of our core Consumer products: crypto savings and crypto-backed lending.</p> <p>This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an experienced engineer who enjoys building products from the ground up. You'll define the technical architecture, lead a small team of engineers, and partner closely with the Lending & Savings Business Lead to turn product vision into scalable, reliable systems.</p> <p>You'll be expected to remain close to the code while providing technical leadership, making architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality software. You should have strong product instincts and enjoy working with cross-functional partners, but your primary responsibility is engineering excellence and execution.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p> <p><strong>Technical Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the technical direction and architecture of the Lending & Savings platform.</li> <li>Design and build scalable, secure, and highly available distributed systems.</li> <li>Make key architectural decisions balancing scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.</li> <li>Remain hands-on, contributing production-quality code and reviewing critical changes.</li> <li>Drive engineering best practices across system design, testing, deployment, observability, and operational excellence.</li> <li>Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and day-to-day leadership.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Engineering Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the delivery of technical initiatives from design through production.</li> <li>Work closely with the Business Lead and designers to translate product requirements into technical solutions.</li> <li>Break down complex initiatives into clear engineering milestones and execution plans.</li> <li>Identify technical risks early and propose pragmatic solutions.</li> <li>Ensure services remain resilient, performant, and secure as the platform scales.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Product Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with
