Let’s go!</p> <p> </p></div><p> </p> <h4><strong>Your Mission</strong></h4> <p>As Team Lead Compliance you are responsible for leading and enhancing Bitpanda’s compliance framework and ensuring compliance with MiCAR, MiFID II, and related EU financial services regulations. Acting as a strategic partner to senior management and as part of the second line of defense, you drive regulatory implementation, oversee compliance risk management, and support the compliant growth of Bitpanda’s crypto-asset and investment services business.</p> <h4><strong>What you'll do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead and enhance compliance frameworks under MiFID II and MiCAR, including monitoring activities, risk assessments, and control structures.</li> <li>Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals, fostering a high-performance environment and a strong compliance culture.</li> <li>Drive regulatory change initiatives, supervisory reviews, audits, and direct interactions with competent regulatory authorities.</li> <li>Oversee market conduct and surveillance, including investor protection frameworks and market abuse monitoring.</li> <li>Provide compliance-by-design advice for new products and business initiatives, partnering closely with Legal, Risk, Product, and Engineering.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who you are</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experienced professional with 7+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto, alongside a degree in Law, Finance, or Business.<
