About the role As part of the People Ops team team, you will play a key role in helping grow the Injective Labs team. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs, and identifying top talent to managing candidate pipelines and supporting onboarding efforts. Beyond recruiting, we are looking for someone who is always thinking about how to improve processes, elevate the candidate experience, and contribute to broader People Operations initiatives. Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, from job posting through offer stage. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team priorities. Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews in fluent English. Coordinate interview processes between candidates and internal stakeholders. Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records in the ATS. Stay up to date on recruiting trends, talent market conditions, and best practices. Promote Injective Labs culture, values, and contribute new approaches, policies, and procedure
