M0 keeps them independent, so your stablecoin stays yours.</p> <p>M0 is seeking a Systems Administrator who will play a fundamental role in shaping the future of our organization. As Systems Administrator, you will report directly to The CTO and own the health, security, and reliability of our internal IT and infrastructure systems. The role sits at the intersection of IT operations, identity and access management, and internal tooling: you will be the first point of contact for employee hardware, SaaS provisioning, network and endpoint security, and internal systems uptime. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running a modern cloud workplace stack end to end, keeping access controls audit-ready, and operating independently in a small, distributed team.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage employee onboarding and offboarding: hardware provisioning, account creation and deprovisioning, and access revocation.</li> <li>Own endpoint management and security posture across company laptops.</li> <li>Manage network infrastructure for office and remote access, including VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewall rules.</li> <li>Maintain an accurate asset inventory and manage vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement.</li> <li>Implement and enforce access control policies in line with SOC 2 and other compliance requirements.</li> <li>Monitor system uptime and respond to internal IT tickets and incidents.</li> <li>Support internal audits and security reviews with documentation and evidence.</li> <li>Evaluate and roll out new internal tools as the company scales.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Administrator, or in a similar role.</li> <li>Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus an SSO/identity provider.</li> <li>Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: VPN, DNS, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.</li> <li>Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to a fintech or crypto company, SOC 2 in particular.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Prior experience in the digital asset space, and a startup or scaling company (Serie
