They are AI agents acting on behalf of humans and businesses.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Unlimit serves more than the needs of businesses today; we are building the nervous system for a borderless global economy.</div><div><br></div><div> <div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Experience in supporting card processing systems at least 1 year or 2 years of any payment processing systems</li> <li>Knowledge of the principles of Card Processing Operations of the authorization and clearing part</li> <li>Hands-on experience with any logging system (Splunk, CloudWatch, DataDog, etc.)</li> <li>Knowledge of the HTTP protocol of the application layer, experience with the API-browsers (Postman, Swagger, etc.)</li> <li>PL/SQL - writing simple CRUD queries</li> </ul> <div><br><br><strong>Nice to have:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Experience with Core Banking System, (experience with Temenos would be your benifit)</li> <li>Experience with KYC/KYB (like SumSub, etc.)</li> <li>Experience with SmartVista</li> <li>Any experience with Banking as a Service products</li> <li>Hands-on with SalesForce</li> </ul> <div><br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Communication with client's support representatives in Slack chats</li> <li>Escalation of tickets to Engineers of the Card Processing Team</li> <li>Online monitoring of the in-house card-processing system</li> <li>Analysis of system events - system logs, etc.</li> <li>Reception and processing of reverse tasks from internal teams</li> <li>Performing and automation of routine procedures (including AI automation tools): file exchange, running of system scheduled tasks</li> <li>Setting up emulators of payment systems (setting up test/pre-prod environments)</li> </ul> </div>
