About the Opportunity ✍️ We are looking for a Strategy & Biz Ops Lead to work closely with our SVP, Strategy and Investments Development and help drive some of MoonPay’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role at the intersection of strategy, business operations, and corporate development. You will act as a force multiplier for the SVP, helping translate strategic priorities into clear plans, driving complex initiatives forward, and ensuring alignment and accountability across teams. You’ll work across a broad range of topics, from supporting strategic transactions and partnerships to improving operating cadence and tackling high-priority projects that don’t sit neatly within a single team. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic judgment with an operator mindset: someone who can move seamlessly from structuring an ambiguous problem to getting into the details required to deliver an outcome. 2.
