<p><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">About the Role:</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a leading regional fintech. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will own the FP&A engine across multiple markets, products, and entities, with your analyses directly informing strategic decisions across new products, partnerships, and markets. This is not a reporting-coordination role: on the processes you own, your judgment is the deliverable. We are looking for someone who forms a view and puts their name on it, challenges the business when the numbers don't support the story, and is hungry to build rather than maintain. </span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and weekly reporting cycles - delivered decision-ready and owning the recommendation</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Management & Board Reporting: Prepare board and management materials, distilling complex analyses into clear narratives on company performance</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Business Partnering: Work with product and commercial leaders to challenge business logic, optimize unit economics, and drive accountability for growth targets.
