<h2><strong>Role Roadmap</strong></h2>
<p>We’re looking for a sharp and analytical <strong>Strategic Finance Lead</strong> to help build the financial backbone of Kalshi. You’ll own forecasting, modeling, and cash management, and play a critical role in supporting investor reporting, fundraising, and cross-functional planning.</p>
<p>In this role, you’ll work across teams to translate complex data into clear financial insights, helping leadership make decisions that shape the future of the first regulated event-trading exchange.</p>
