Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.</p></div><p>As we prepare for our next phase of growth, including a potential transition from a private to a public company, we are seeking an experienced <strong>Stock Plan Administrator</strong> to manage our global equity programs. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and scalability of our stock administration function during a pivotal time for the company. You will be a key member of the Legal and Finance teams, supporting our employees and stakeholders through this exciting evolution.</p> <h4><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong><strong><br></strong></h4> <ul> <li>Manage the day-to-day administration of the company’s global equity plan (stock options, RSUs, etc.) currently on the Carta platform.</li> <li>Process all equity-related transactions, including new grants, exercises, cancellations, and vesting events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li> <li>Lead the preparation and execution of all equity administration aspects related to the company’s transition to a public entity.</li> <li>Develop and implement public company processes, including trading window administration, pre-clearance procedures, and support for 10b5-1 trading plans.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, executives, and other stakeholders for all questions related to equity awards and company policies.</li> <li>Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Finance teams to ensure seamless data flow for payroll, tax withholding, accounting (ASC 718), and financial reporting.</li> <li>Prepare and reconcile equity data for internal and external reporting, including support for public filings (e.g., S-1, 10-K, Proxy Statements) and Section 16 reporting.</li> <li>Partner with our transfer agent, outside counsel, and other vendors to build and maintain a robust public company stock administration infrastructure.</li> <li>Develop and deliver educational materials and communications to help employees understand the value of their equity.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all applicable securities laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>WHAT YOU WILL NEED</strong><strong><br></strong></h4> <ul> <li>A minimum of 5-8 years of direct experience in stock plan administration.</li>
