You’ll work on a wide range of projects designed to enhance consumer-facing experiences, including decentralized applications for trading and novel experiences, wallets, SDKs, APIs, standards, and protocols.</p> <p>We are a lean, high-impact team that values initiative and independence. Engineers in this role will drive large, complex projects, shaping the future of Web3 products and applications.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Leading initiatives to design, build, and optimize Web3 products and applications for Aptos</li> <li>Developing new features and integrations to enhance existing experiences</li> <li>Maintaining and improving current platforms and web interfaces</li> <li>Writing clean, performant, and well-tested code</li> <li>Collaborating closely with designers, infrastructure engineers, and other product engineers</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products</li> <li>Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Experience with UX/UI design and systems (a plus)</li> <li>Web3 experience or familiarity (a plus)</li> <li>Background in payments, defi, or tradfi (a plus)</li> <li>2+ years of experience leading technical teams</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><em data-stringify-type="italic">The base
