Now, by pairing the industry's most trusted blockchain data with agents that reason, investigate, and act, we help our customers scale their workflows as the cryptocurrency economy becomes increasingly mainstream.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Staff Software Engineer within Investigations, you'll be a driving force in a team of engineers, taking ownership of technical direction and sharing responsibility for providing the right tools and the right data to build best in class customer experiences. You'll lead the design, build and maintenance of new customer facing web-features as well as the APIs and services backing them. A key part of this role is partnering closely with product managers and designers, leveraging your deep understanding of the underlying data platform to deliver impactful, scalable solutions to our customers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>In this role, you'll:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the architecture, maintenance and development of serving cloud-native data ingest and aggregation processes that intake gigabytes of data per day</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive the delivery of features across our product suite that detect activities for market manipulation, fraud, behavioral patterning, and more</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and scale a high-performance services on AWS that handle thousands of requests per second</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the team's modernization efforts towards a streaming architecture, setting technical direction and best practices</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and drive the direction and enablement of our graphing platform, which is used across multiple products to drive and visualize understanding of our insights and data, both on and off the blockchains</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Debug and resolve production issues across multiple systems and services, guiding the team through complex technical challenges</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mentor and grow engineers across the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence
