In this role, you’ll help define the future of how people discover, trade, and interact with digital assets—working closely with engineers and fellow designers to bring clarity and craft to complex problems. Design plays a central role in shaping product direction and strategy, so this position is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking with hands-on design execution. If you’re energized by ownership, collaboration, and the chance to design for millions of users in a fast-evolving space, we’d love to meet you.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead design initiatives from concept through launch, collaborating closely with engineers and other designers to define and deliver high-quality user experiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Channel design thinking into our product development process, ensuring we’re solving real user problems with consistency &amp; simplicity</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hone open-ended product ideas into actionable design directions through research, prototyping, and iteration.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create end-to-end experiences balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to and evolve our design system to raise quality, consistency, and efficiency across all OpenSea surfaces.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively across disciplines, helping align teams around shared goals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help shape the design culture at OpenSea by modeling strong craft, collaboration, and curiosity.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Desired Experience</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">7+ years of product design experience, across both consumer and platform-facing products.</p></li><li><p style="m
