More about our values: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://morpho.org/jobs">morpho.org/jobs</a>.</p><h2>Role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">The mission of this role is to own Morpho's infrastructure platform end-to-end so the engineering org can ship faster, operate safely at institutional reliability standards, and scale across chains and regions without reliability or indexing bottlenecks.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Architect and scale production infrastructure with pragmatic patterns and automation to achieve high availability and predictable performance under $10B+ deposits.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build self-service infrastructure with developer tooling and paved paths to reduce deployment time, unblock engineers, and increase deploy frequency.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and evolve high-performance data and indexing systems with scalable architectures to process billions of on-chain events with sub-minute latency.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Establish GitOps-based deployment practices with progressive rollouts and safe rollback mechanisms to reduce MTTR and increase operational confidence.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement end-to-end observability with metrics, tracing, and alerting to proactively detect issues and
