Role The mission of this role is to own Morpho's infrastructure platform end-to-end so the engineering org can ship faster, operate safely at institutional reliability standards, and scale across chains and regions without reliability or indexing bottlenecks. Responsibilities Architect and scale production infrastructure with pragmatic patterns and automation to achieve high availability and predictable performance under $10B+ deposits. Build self-service infrastructure with developer tooling and paved paths to reduce deployment time, unblock engineers, and increase deploy frequency. Design and evolve high-performance data and indexing systems with scalable architectures to process billions of on-chain events with sub-minute latency. Establish GitOps-based deployment practices with progressive rollouts and safe rollback mechanisms to reduce MTTR and increase operational confidence. Implement end-to-end observability with metrics, tracing, and alerting to proactively detect issues and meet agreed SLOs. Lead incident management and post-mortems with clear written follow-ups to improve reliability, learning, and long-term system health. Drive infrastructure strategy through written RFCs, infrastructure-as-code standards, and cross-team alignment to ensure infrastructure decisions map to product and busines
