We are at the forefront of crypto trading development: intents, chain abstraction, verification, solvers, etc.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What are we hiring for?</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in the development of <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Glider.fi">Glider.fi</a>, one of our most ambitious projects. As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for building novel data models for crypto trading, working with cutting-edge technology, and contributing to a product that uses every piece of the crypto/DeFi stack.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Backend Development</strong>: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js (TypeScript), MySQL/Drizzle, Axiom, and Sentry to support the evolving needs of Glider’s platform.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Data-Driven Decision Making</strong>: Help structure and optimize Glider’s data models while contributing to liquidity analysis, PNL optimization, and performance monitoring.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Time-Series Monitoring</strong>: Implement and maintain time-series-based monitoring systems to track and analyze trading strategies, performance, and liquidity.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Dive Deep into Solvers</strong>: Work closely with python-based solvers and verifier networks to enhance strategy execution and ensure safe, efficient rebalancing of portfolios.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Problem-Solving and Innovation</strong>: Solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, innovative environment while continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in DeFi.</p></li></ul><p style="m
