You'll own the customer support experience — answering hard questions in real time, unblocking integrations, and turning recurring pain points into better products, docs, and tooling.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a hybrid role: part technical support, part solutions engineering, and part internal engineering partner. You'll be embedded in our developer community day-to-day, spotting patterns in what customers need and shipping code, demos, and automation that raise the bar for the entire Helius developer experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We move quickly and bias toward ownership.
