Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Growth at Polymarket is moving fast, and the engineering work required to support it hasn't had a dedicated home. That changes with this hire. You'll be the first focused Growth Engineer on the team, sitting at the intersection of engineering and marketing to build the systems that turn curious visitors into active traders and active traders into advocates.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The work is real and immediate. Referral systems, leaderboards, onboarding flows, invite mechanics, share surfaces. These aren't stretch projects or moonshots. They're scoped, shippable, and waiting on someone with the skills and judgment to own them. You'll work directly with marketing to translate GTM needs into features, and you'll be expected to spec, build, instrument, and evaluate your own work without a PM managing the details.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a mid-level IC role based in our NYC office. You'll have real ownership over a product surface that directly affects user acquisition and retention on one of the fastest-growing platforms in crypto. If you want a role where the feedback loop between what you ship and what moves the business is short and visible, this is it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ship end-to-end growth features across onboarding, referral, and market discovery flows, from spec to production to measurement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain core growth surfaces including leaderboards, referral code systems, invite flows, and social share mechanics.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with marketing to take half-formed GTM asks and turn them into clearly scoped, buildable features, pushing back when the idea won't move the right metric.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Instrument every feature you ship with proper event tracking and funnel analytics so you always know whether it worked.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run A/B experiments, analyze results with appropriate statistical rigor, and make the call to kill, iterate, or scale.</p
