You’ll solve complex scalability challenges while gaining deep expertise in U.S. financial systems and making a direct impact on the products used by millions.</p> <p data-start="712" data-end="1071">The <strong data-start="716" data-end="729">Brokerage</strong> team’s mission is to pave the way for launching new features, expanding into diverse financial services, and welcoming millions more people into the financial system. The team owns critical services that support trading and brokerage infrastructure and partners closely with other engineering, product, and operations teams across Robinhood.</p> <p data-start="1073" data-end="1374">The <strong data-start="81" data-end="95">Incentives</strong> team drives user growth and engagement through both strategic incentives and platform capabilities. One sub-team focuses on increasing net deposits by testing incentive and non-incentive levers, while the other builds Robinhood’s centralized, scalable platform to support personalized, company-wide rewards.</p> <p data-start="1073" data-end="1374">The <strong data-start="73" data-end="85">Identity</strong> team protects both Robinhood and its customers by preventing fraud and ensuring regulatory compliance. They own key systems for identity verification, KYC, and fraud prevention across all products, and collaborate closely with teams like Data Science, Brokerage, Crypt
