This is a multi-disciplinary role where you will act as the "technical brain" for our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, a strategic advisor for Client Implementations, and a core logic architect for our Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) product suite.</p> <p>The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in IRS Chapter 3 & 4 (FATCA), CRS, CARF, and domestic information reporting (1099/1042-S series), with the ability to translate these requirements into actionable product logic and winning sales narratives. Help us build the future of AI-powered compliance, automation, and operational excellence in an industry where precision matters.<br><br>As a SME Tax Manager, you’ll be a member of Taxbit’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) team. This role is based in Madrid. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Spain or another European Union country without company-sponsored visa support (e.g., holders of a valid Residency and Work Visa or Permanent Resident status). </p> <h4><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></h4> <h4><strong>1.</strong> Go-To-Market & Commercial Strategy</h4> <ul> <li>Engage directly with our sales and business development team to execute the go to market expansion strategy, developing enablement materials and providing the necessary tax subject matter expertise training for new regulations</li> <li>Engage directly with prospects, with particular focus on accelerating or expanding the largest and/or most strategic deals for Taxbit qualifications</li> </ul> <p><strong>Partner with Marketing to produce white papers, webinars, and thought-leadership content regarding regulatory shifts (e.g., CARF, 1099-DA, or changes to DAC7).</strong><strong>Monitor the regulatory landscape to identif
