We think there's a better way, and we're ready to find it.</p> <p>We're hiring a Senior Web Engineer to help us rethink web production from the ground up. You'll bring deep technical judgment, a creative approach to problem solving, and the drive to build systems that make the entire organization faster and more capable. You'll assess what we have today, make smart bets on what should evolve or be replaced, and own the execution.</p> <p>You'll be joining a collaborative, high-energy marketing team in one of the fastest-moving industries in tech. The decisions you make will shape how our marketing and content teams operate for years to come.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Evaluate and evolve the stack. </strong>Our site is built on WordPress and Gutenberg today. You'll maintain and improve what we have while actively re-assessing the foundation, and charting the path forward.</li> <li><strong>Build systems, not just pages. </strong>Design reusable infrastructure, templates, and workflows that empower the marketing team to launch and update pages independently.</li> <li><strong>Partner closely with designers and stakeholders. </strong>Collaborate early and often to turn design files and business requests into practical, scalable web solutions. Push back constructively when there's a better path.</li> <li><strong>Translate business needs into technical approaches. </strong>Take ambiguous or high-level requests and turn them into solutions that balance speed, accessibility (WCAG), performance (Core Web Vitals), SEO/GEO, and maintainability.</li> <li><strong>Embed AI into how we work.</strong> Use AI tools across your own workflow and introduce repeatable AI-powered processes that accelerate web production.</li> <li><strong>Own delivery end to end. </strong>Scope and estimate work, communicate realistic timelines, and keep stakeholders informed on progres
