<p><strong>Senior Vice President / General Manager, Audience &amp; Growth&nbsp; </strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Senior Vice President / General Manager, Audience &amp; Growth to scale audience reach, engagement, and consumer revenue across a portfolio of 10+ global digital media publications.&nbsp; As the leader, you will define and execute a holistic growth strategy that transforms audience reach into loyal communities and sustainable consumer revenue streams. We vision the ideal candidate to be a modern media operator with a strong growth mindset and a general manager’s perspective, having a deep understanding of how audience engagement, community, and monetization work together to build durable, scalable media businesses.<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">US-based in NYC, Austin, SF, or Boston&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><strong>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the strategy and performance for audience growth across all publications and platforms.</li>
<li>Build and scale community-driven audience engagement strategies that deepen reader relationships and loyalty.</li>
<li>Own the growth of affiliate commerce and subscription businesses across the portfolio.</li>
<li>Lead paid subscription and premium membership strategy</li>
<li>Oversee paid acquisition across search, social, and emerging channels</li>
<li>Define KPIs across audience growth, engagement, and revenue</li>
<li>Leverage data and experimentation to optimize performance</li>
<li>Deliver insights and reporting to executive leadership</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10–15+ years in digital media, consumer platforms, or growth-focused environments</li>
<li>Proven success in audience growth, engagement, and consumer revenue</li>
<li>Deep expertise in SEO, social, newsletters, and digital distribution</li>
<li>Experience scaling affiliate commerce and/or subscription businesses</li>
<li>Multi-brand or portfolio experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong general management mindset balancing strategy and execution</li>
<li>Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate across editorial, product, tech, and commercial teams</li>
<li>Deep understanding of growth analytics and conversion optimization</li>
<li>Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, etc.)</li>
<li>Ability to translate data into strategic business decisions</li>
</ul>
