This is a high-impact, full-cycle role where you'll own hiring across technical and business functions from sourcing to close.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to build pipelines, run structured interviews, and bring in exceptional people quickly. At Polymarket, recruiting isn't a support function - it's a strategic lever, and you'll be expected to operate with the urgency, judgment, and ownership that reflects that.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and/or business roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, success criteria, and candidate profiles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run structured, high-signal interview processes from initial screen through offer</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain strong candidate experience while operating with urgency and precision</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive offer processes, including compensation alignment and closing strategy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track pipeline health and ensure accurate data in Ashby</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify process inefficiencies and improve how we hire over time</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or both)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to close high-quality candidates in competitive markets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High judgment — able to quickly identify signal vs noise
