You will own complex searches from intake through offer acceptance, helping teams attract and hire exceptional talent while delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in the India talent market to influence hiring strategies, identify top talent, and ensure hiring decisions align with Circle's mission, values, and long-term growth objectives.</span></p><p></p><h2><b><span>What you'll work on:</span></b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of technical and non-technical roles across India, from sourcing through offer negotiation and close.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies, define talent profiles, and proactively address hiring challenges.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key functions including Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop innovative sourcing strategies and leverage market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent in competitive hiring markets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, effective inte
