This is a challenging and technical role, requiring the expertise to synthesize business and technical requirements and the foresight to ensure we are solving for Ripple's current and future security needs ahead of Q-Day. You will work closely with InfoSec, XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, Compliance, and Legal to drive a company-wide cryptographic migration across asymmetric ciphers, symmetric ciphers, hashing functions, and digital signatures. You will partner with InfoSec on the high-level strategy, but also know when to get hands-on to push an initiative forward. You must be passionate about enabling teams to invent and deliver security-focused solutions to bold and ambiguous challenges.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Drive execution of Ripple's PQC program end-to-end, from cryptographic asset inventory through risk prioritization, tradeoff analysis, and migration execution, against a Q-Day-readiness target of the end of 2028.</li> <li>Stand up and own a cross-org PQC working group with named owners across XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, and InfoSec.</li> <li>Drive alignment with vendors an
