As a Solutions Engineer at Unlimit, you will be the technical expert helping our customers design integration solutions, solve complex problems, and successfully launch their financial projects. You will act as the key bridge between our clients and our internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Account Management).</p> <p>Because we are growing, this is a unique opportunity to join as the first member of our Solutions Team in the region, where you will have the agency to help define and shape our local standard operating procedures (SOPs).</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <p>Your role is dynamic, balancing direct technical execution with strategic account management. You will divide your time as follows:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Integration Work (40%):</strong> Assist signed customers in technical integrations from sandbox to public product launches. You will lead requirements gathering, provide technical recommendations, conduct testing, and oversee initial transaction monitoring.</li> <li><strong>Pre-Sales Support (40%):</strong> Partner with Sales and Account Management to win new business. This includes performing technical product demos, answering security and RFP questionnaires, and architecting integration solutions to fit the prospect's use cases.</li> <li><strong>Technical Account Management (20%):</strong> Provide high-level, strategic support for our most important, high-volume, or strategic accounts. You will ensure the ongoing success of these relationships and identify opportunities for growth.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Drive bus
