You<br>will drive the technical direction and engineering culture within your team and contribute to the culture of the broader Invest / Trading group. You will also help drive operational excellence in our systems and processes. You will work with the lead engineers and product managers to maintain an up to date roadmap and to ensure the roadmap is executed. You will mentor and coach your direct reports, ensuring continual engagement, growth, high performance, and job satisfaction. You will participate in solutioning for new features and products, helping to drive innovation to bring new value to users. Our goal is to design, develop, deploy, and support customer-facing and distributed systems that serve millions of customers, with a focus on safety, security, and customer experience.
