You will belong to a key engineering team focusing on delivering distributed, scalable and robust backend systems. Everything from card transaction processing, low latency apis, microservice architectures and on-chain data indexing. Anything that a neobank would build is on our roadmap.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own core areas of our backend systems, and extend current functionality to improve throughout and latency</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design, develop, and optimize scalable transaction processing services to support high-throughput, low-latency financial transactions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Tackle the challenges in user frictions for their card transactions being declined</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive improvements in our Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, observability, and monitoring systems.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong fundamentals in software engineering and problem solving</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have shipped impressive products with thousands of real users</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of professional coding experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive, willingness to work hard and go the extra mile.
