This sales quota-carrying position is responsible for revenue generation through the direct sale of Ripple Custody to financial institutions, crypto natives and FinTechs. The ideal candidate lives and breathes customer centricity, is a sales hunter and has a passion for the digital asset industry.</p> <p>If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Ripple products, including Custody, Stablecoin and Payments, effectively communicating the value propositions to Financial Institutions and Crypto-Natives.</li> <li>Generate leads and secure sales bookings for Ripple products in Switzerland to achieve assigned sales quotas.</li> <li>Develop strategic plans and account tactics, guided by management, to nurture leads and foster relationships within assigned territories and accounts.</li> <li>Conduct client site visits, deliver sales presentations, and perform product demonstrations to prospective clients, driving engagement and interest.</li> <li>Facilitate the smooth progression of leads through the sales process, including prospect qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, and timely closure of deals.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up
