We're looking for someone energized by building and refining operational systems, strengthening AI-enabled workflows, spotting and removing friction, and setting and communicating clear operational standards that help our product organization move faster. The ideal candidate is a systems-minded operator with a passion for AI, a knack for turning ideas into scalable solutions, strong communication instincts, and a data-driven approach to solving problems.
