<div><b style="font-size: 11pt;">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><div><b style="font-size: 11pt;">Lead GTM Strategy &amp; Execution:</b><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and growt</span>h targets.</div><div><b>Feature</b>&nbsp;<b style="font-size: 11pt;">Prioritization</b><span style="font-size: 11pt;">: Working with the product development team to identify and prioritize features that will best meet user needs and achieve marketing goals.&nbsp;</span></div><div><b style="font-size: 11pt;">Messaging &amp; Story Telling</b><span style="font-size: 11pt;">: Collaborate with product teams to deeply understand product features and capabilities, and translate these into clear, compelling messaging for different custom</span>er segments.</div><div><b>Content </b><b style="font-size: 11pt;">Development</b><span style="font-size: 11pt;">: Collaborate with content, demand gen, and product teams to build assets including one-pagers, web copy, email sequences, and case </span>studies.</div><div><b>Cross-Functional </b><b style="font-size: 11pt;">Leadership</b><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> : Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of launch activities (e.g., content creation, PR outreach, influencer marketing, email marketing).</span></div><div><b style="font-size: 11pt;">Community amplification</b><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> : Work with KOLs, and influencers in the crypto and Web3 ecosystem to promote products, build brand awareness, and engage with </span>users.</div><div><b>Performance </b><b style="font-size: 11pt;">Tracking &amp; Optimization</b><span style="font-size: 11pt;">: Define KPIs for GTM success and continuously refine strategies based on performance insights.</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size: 11pt;">BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><div><span style="font-size: 11pt;">1. 6+ years of product marketing experience in technology companies, with at least 2 years in the crypto/Web3 or blockchain</span> space.</div><div>2. Proven track record of launching products and driving adoption through hands-on marketing efforts.</div><div>3. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and crafting GTM strategies.</div><div>4. Ability to work cross-functionally in a standalone role while collaborating with a diverse, global team.Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities shift, and speed is key.</div><div>5. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with both technical and creative expertise.</div>
