We’re looking for a Senior Manager - Product to lead the strategy and execution of Fortary’s institutional platform across trading, lending, and liquidity. This leader will define the long-term vision at the intersection of product, markets, and infrastructure—focused on building best-in-class digital asset solutions for sophisticated financial institutions. You'll define the long-term product vision, strategy, and investment priorities across Fortary’s institutional trading, lending, and liquidity offerings. Working closely with engineering, design, business development, and executive leadership, you'll align product investments with customer needs, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and business objectives to drive sustainable growth. This role requires deep expertise in institutional market structure and workflows, exceptional strategic judgment, and the ability to translate complex market dynamics into scalable products and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of defining and scaling successful B2B fintech or digital asset products, shaping long-term product strategy, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives. They thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, combining strategic thinking with strong execution and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization. In this role, you'll help define Fortary's institutional product strategy, guide investment decisions across key product areas, and drive adoption and commercial success with institutional clients globally.
