We work with ownership, a high bar for craft, and the urgency of an early-stage company - in an environment where people are trusted to take initiative and supported to do their best work.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for talented professionals to join us at a defining moment, as Symbiotic helps shape the next generation of onchain finance.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Lead the product design function collaborating closely with Leadership, Engineering, Product and Marketing teams </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Design the full user journey for Symbiotic's product stack making onchain complexity legible and optimising for clean user flows.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Surface risk, exposure, and returns so users understand what they're committing to and what happens when conditions change.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Run user research. You'll interview users, watch how they actually behave, and turn what you find into concrete feature scopes engineering can build from.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Partner closely with Engineering to define problems, weigh tradeoffs, and design within real protocol constraints rather than around them.</
