This is why at Mysten Labs, we are creating foundational infrastructure to accelerate the adoption of decentralized protocols based on blockchain technologies.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>About the Role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our small, high-impact design team (2–5 people). You’ll work across a spectrum of consumer products and developer-facing tools, with roughly an 80/20 split between B2C and B2B work. This role is end-to-end: you’ll own problems from early research and concept exploration through prototyping, visual design, and shipping. You’ll also contribute to our evolving design systems, ensuring coherence across a rapidly expanding product surface.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the full design lifecycle — from user research and problem framing to interaction design, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready specs — across consumer and developer products.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prototype early and often. We love designers who prototype to think.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Shape and scale our design systems so that new products launch with coherence and existing ones evolve gracefully.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to align on priorities, scope tradeoffs, and ship with quality at speed.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bring strong visual and interaction craft to everything you touch — from micro-interactions in a wallet to the information architecture of a developer console.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Advocate for users by grounding decisions in research, data, and a genuine curiosity about how people interact with blockchain-powered products.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5–8 years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership of shipped products — ideally a mix of consumer and platform/tools work.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluency in Figma including component architecture, auto-layout, and variables for design system work. You are enthusiastic about investigating and integrating novel creative design tools into the team's repertoire, driven by the rapid expansion of the AI-powered creativity tools domain.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong prototyping instincts.
