You will design critical user journeys end-to-end, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.</p> <p>You bring strong crypto product experience and understand the unique UX challenges of wallets, trading, on-chain interactions, and self-custody.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p> <p><strong>Product Design Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end design for key product areas and user journeys</li> <li>Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI ready for production</li> <li>Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented design across mobile and web</li> <li>Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship impactful features</li> </ul> <p><strong>User Experience & Craft</strong></p> <ul> <li>Simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences</li> <li>Improve onboarding, trading, payments, and portfolio UX</li> <li>Design for trust, clarity, and security in high-stakes financial interactions</li> <li>Continuously raise the bar for UX, visual design, and interaction quality</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing</li> <li>Contribute to product strategy through user insights and design thinking</li> <li>Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively</li> </ul> <p><strong>Design Systems & Consistency</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to and evolve the design system across platforms</li> <li>Ensure consistency across app, web, and marketing surfaces</li> <li>Maintain high standards of scalability and usability</li> </ul> <p><strong>Mentorship & Influence
