Payments and stablecoin infrastructure generate enormous, rich, and consequential datasets — authorization patterns, ledger movements, partner usage, cardholder behavior — and the decisions we make on top of that data shape the experience for our partners and millions of their end users.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a senior individual contributor role embedded directly with product. You'll partner with PMs, engineers, and partnerships leads to turn raw data into the sharpest possible product judgment: defining metrics, designing experiments, sizing opportunities, and pulling on the threads that reveal where the product is working and where it isn't. You'll set the analytical bar for the company and own the questions that matter most.</p><h2><br />What You'll Do</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Partner with product leadership as the embedded analyst across cards, payments, and platform — defining the metrics, building the dashboards, and answering the questions that drive roadmap decisions</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Design and analyze experiments end to end — hypothesis, sizing, instrumentation, readout, and the prioritization decisions that follow</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Run deep-dive analyses on partner usage, activation, retention, and economics, and translate them into sharp, opinionated recommendations</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Own the metrics framework for product — what we measure, how we measure it, and what "good" looks like across each surface</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Build self-serve analytics, dashboards, and tooling that let the rest of the company answer their own questions, and raise
